I am writing a review on my friend's behalf since he cannot use his phone from MTN.

My friend - bought a new phone & it lasted four days - 2 months later he still has no support.

MTN Herm**** knows this customer - Ruan Olivier You cannot contact him since he is still waiting for your support after being loyal for 12 years+ (You still have his brand new phone which he used for four days. Two months later - there is still no answer from MTN. )
