Mr. Luke Veckranges from MTN Gateway

I've been to few MTN stores in search of LTE deal because I've moved to a new area as my previous ISP is not available there. It was a bit of a painful experience for various reasons. I kept it moving praying and hoping that someone will hear and remedy my plight. To be fair, there were hinderances in one shape or another. I was eventually assisted by Mr. Luke Veckranges from MTN Gateway - lower level.. He told me what the obstacles were, implications, how long it was going to take and how to remedy those. At the end, we had a conversation about other products offers. His outstanding work ethic and treating people like people is the one to advertise as outstanding. I hope that his hard work and dedication is appreciated. I may have not taken the other products now but the seed has been planted and I am contemplating taking them when my contract expires with my current provider.
