I am trying to cancel an expired contract and now are told i have pay a cancelation fee off R1800. The Service Campion told me to write a conplaint to Retentions department. Received the automated reply that I will be assisted within 24 hours. This was 6 days ago. Its simple. I agreed ro a 24 month contract and received a handset for that. The contract has expired now and I have given my notice as required. Do the cancelation as requested. And do not charge me for it.
