I have had MTN contract for about 15 years . I had an issue with a phone before and had to chase around for weeks at my expense to Midrand from JHB South for weeks . I currently took out 2 contracts for 40 gigs daytime and 40 gigs after 12 hoping that it would be sufficient . It unfortunately is not working out , i contacted the head office to find out if i could change these to cell contract and was told to go to the shop and migrate to a preferred contract . I now am sick and tired of being chased from pillar to post with no joy whatsoever , and have come to the conclusion that MTN couldnt give a continental damn about their customer base , once you are hooked in just pay and ***** you . So i will when my contract are up with them will migrate all my business elsewhere and ***** you MTN .
