*******!!! They’re still debiting but the term of the contract I had with them came to an end (Sept/2021). I requested for cancellation and they said it’s done, only to find out they’ve put it on month to month basis. When I tried to get hold of them nobody answers, I even held for more than an hour(numerous occasions). Worse part in (December 2021) I went to one of their stores to try and sort this issue out and they said there’s they can do on their side I must pay R2000 for them to cancel the contract and I did. But today (01/02/22) they debited R1200 again!!! I drove to the same store, we called them the cancellation department told me that “they do not know why it is not cancelling” so they transferred me to headquarters and the Lady who was assisting me said all she sees on the system is that my contract is still active and she can’t assist me I must call Cancellation again.
