Hi how long does it take for you guys to fix a phone?? It's more than 2 months now I sent back the phone at Mtn because it was not working, And I brought my phona August 2022 then March 2023 I took it back to their store because it stopped working, And every time i go to the mtn store in Garden Route there's a story that they are still waiting🙄🙄what about the money I'm waiting to go up and down traveling by taxi for listening their stories??? When I'm getting back my phone?? When I wrote to Mtn page they just gave me the number to contact why I supposed to be the 1 to contact their repairing company?? Isn't their duty to followup about my phone?? Please sort this out how can you expact someome to pay something they don't even have??? Aren't you supposed to give me a loan phone since that phone is insured???
