Hi all .mtn gave me a worst service ever.On the 30 th of March 2018 around 8am i spoke to one of the consultant by the name of Luyanda and she was not able to resolve my issue,i then asked to speak to the manager by the name of Nadima Ali.The manager was so unproffesional,i wanted to know what happend to my airtime she told me airtime was used by internet, i then told her i have night data.I asked to check the balance she **** to me and told i nolonger have data,when i checked i saw i have 400mb left.i asked Nadima Ali can you check when did the airtime finished for night owl ,she put me on hold for 5minutes and after that she hung up and never bothered to phone me back.I then phoned back after 3 minutes i spoke to mbalenhle.i asked Mbali to get me back manager as she dropped the phone without giving me answers.Mbali told me the manager just went out of the building.That manager is so unproffessional as a manager you must lead by example,but she showed me that she does not care about mtn users.As an mtn user for so many years i am very dissapointed by the service i received from that manager Nadima Ali.Mtn must higher proffesional managers who put users first and care about us.from what i have received from i would be porting to another service after my contract ends because i am very very dissapointed something must done to those kind of managers.
