Mpumelelo Gambu from Data Support thinks his job is a joke

I have been have an issue with my sim card not having Internet service. I called several times without any assistance. When I first call yesterday I was advised that the Internet service was removed from my number and they restored the service and it should be working within 24 hours. I call again today and I spoke to Mpumelelo Gambu from Data support. I try to explain to him what been going on. The guy just starts laughing as if he is high. Like his job is actually a joke...Unacceptable
