The whole MTN upgrade agent , Mpho Ramathapo Maake, ***, her manager , MTN business customer service worst service ever , I had hope that since my upgrade complain which was done wrong by MTN themselves it’s being sorted out , boom The manager disappeared on you for 2 months not answering my calls even the agent even if I send WhatsApp she doesn’t pass the massage, MTN carnival branch , I have spoken to over 24 people in MTN , Patrick, Mpho skaulela, nontobeko, mahlaka, Lindiwe, Wanda, vuelwa nokwana the list it’s endless emails from Mpho sorting everything out since April, may , June July now August nothing, MTN must just close down and they know very well that they got agent who don’t care who can even swear at you when you call them that’s the reason why they do so much nonsense, what kind of company that even their branches encourage you to report them because they know they are arrogant to franchisers
