moving from contract to prepaid
<p>I have decided to convert 2 numbers from MTN contract to prepaid. the contract has expired and went into MTN shop to convert the 2 numbers to prepaid. The request to convert to prepaid was activated at the shop However they told me that it takes 30 days to convert to prepaid. this sound like complete nonsense. Please can the numbers be converted to prepaid with immediate effect. please can somebody contact me regarding this issue.</p>

This issue has still not been resolved and I have receive no subsequent feedback from MTN.
I posted another issue regarding Vodacom on Hellopeter the same day as I posted the above complaint regarding MTN. Vodacom resolved the issue within 1 day.
This is a simple issue to resolve and I would like the prepaid to be activated asap.
