Moved from Vodacom after 10 years, mistake?

Good day,

I moved from Vodacom to MTN in September 2015. App**** for my contract via iPhone The Glen and was advised to opt for a top up package wanting to, at the time, lower my mobile bill.
Decision to go to MTN two fold for better reception and pricing (data specifically)

I have been debited in excess of R 1300 every month (average of R 1149.78) since, with no receipt of invoice to investigate. I do however receive an MMS, which is not compatible to my device I presume as I cannot clearly read info displayed.

On 1FEB2016 my debit by MTN amounted to R 2218.64. I reversed this payment to investigate the invoice with the billing department and settle the balance thereafter.

On the 05th of Feb 2016 around 12h20 I spoke to Jason with the call reference ***
He did a recon on invoices since inception whereby we discussed line by line to justify the charges.
He confirmed that from Oct - Date the number of incorrect charges came to around R 2500 total to be owed to me.

Since, I spoke to two other consultants which detailed a different scenario however.

Please urgently assist as my line has now been suspended and I require urgent action to resolution.

Hello 22CH,

Thank you for your post.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.

Thank you for your time online.

The usage limit has been set up on the account in November 2015, however when we look at the back end system the usage limit is not active we have reactivated the usage limit and sent a request to the technicians to make sure the usage limit has been activated on the network.

We have pass a credit for the December and January data billing this will reflect on the account Monday. Once the credit reflect we will send to you the report that will reflect the credit and the balance.

Kind Regards,

Alice van der Merwe
