Move from Nashua mobile to MTN
Nashua mobile was cessioned in November 2014. My service provider was with MTN while Nashua Mobile was administarting my contact. I have a Anytime200 contract, receiving R200 airtime and 200mb of data, with MTN. Since it is an open line, I instructed Nashua Mobile to put a R50 limit on my line so that when I excede my given airtime, I do not excede the R50 limit. I have never paid more than R400 as my monthly debit. In December I Paid R299, it increased in Jan to R441.50 and now in Feb I'llbe paying R1054. I just called the calk center and spoke to Themba Hamnca who told me my line is an open line.

How is it an open line when I had a R50 limit? When Nashua moved my contract to MTN, didn't all the instructions I put in place move on with my contract? I receivedmy airtime and data 2days later than normal and my statement, a week later, only to realise I'll be paying more than 2times of what I usually pay, and paid while Nashua administered my contract. I am really peeved by MTN and how it is running my contract, its as if it was never ready for the whole move and the extra load of adimin they have received from Nashua. I will be cancelling thiscontract cause now budget is thrown ou
