mot updating my Transunion on a monthly basis

i took out a contract with MTN in september 2017 and have been paying on a monthly basis not ever i skipped payment as MTn debits the amount every month. my suprise came to a shock when i download my credit report from Transunion and poicked up MTN has not sent a single update to ITC for update that this client pays on a monthly basis. this has affect my credit score so bad as there were no updates done on my profile for the MTN contract since sepetember 2017, october 2017 and November 2017.

it reflects in my credit profile that i am bad payer slow payer but MTN debits my account every last day of the month.
