You can forget to speak to an operator, is like talking to your brick paving as there is no answer, the selection says, to speak to an "expert' dial 0, once you do, it tells you, sorry, it is the wrong selection WHAT??? you blacklist people for no reason. I have been paying my account since 2001 and all of a sudden I got a report to say MTN blacklisted me!! I have handed MTN over to consumer watch and insist on answers. MOST USELESS COMPANY ever!!!!
