Most useless service

Such terrible and pathetic service. Submitted a claim for device insurance on the 19 May 2023 and have been following up everyday multiple calls everyday since I logged the claim and i have gotten no assistance til today. Either the agent's call the calls or someone answers the call but not saying anything and keep quiet but you can hear the backgrounds noise. No one even bothers to give you a call bac. Such incompetence i have never experienced in my life. No one ever tries to resolve anything agents are useless and ***********. I have all the ref numbers i have recieved and call logs. If anyone still has intergrity and takes accountability they can actually resolve my query and get back to me.
