MOST USELESS PEOPLE EVER!!!
I am so freaking upset right now !!!!! From the Call Centres to Branches MTN is the most useless people and network ever !!! I did a sim swop and up untill now my new sim card is not active !! when I call the call centre they tell me they have not received a request for a sim swop I must go back to the store !! I dont have time to go to the store, why did I go yesterday??? Honestly speaking if I could cancel all relation with MTN I would do so I am really upset that nobody is willing to assist me !!!!!! Why did I pay for a service yesterday and then I get this pathetic service !
