Most Useless Network MTN

On Tuesday 19 August my router was abruptly blocked by MTN.

I called Mtn customer care, the agent Zanele Malotana told me that there is a Rica bar on my router I must go to the a MTN shop to remove it.

I arrive at MTN Shop Brits Mall where I am told there is no Rica Bar on the number. The number is in fact Hard locked!

I call MTN customer service and found the most unhelpful person Nonzwakazi Makaula saying that there is a hard lock on the phone, I told her I know because thats what I said when I called in. She **** and said there is no manager or supervisor to assist me. She doesnt know their work contact numbers or email adresses ?? What? SAID I must wait 24 hours for the hardlock to be removed, she can't even explain why or who hard locked MY LINE. PATHETIC!!

I SENT AN EMAIL TO THE CEO AND Attached the call recording SO HE CAN LISTEN HIMSELF HOW poorly trained his people are.

I want my line unblocked immediately!!
