Most unhelpful MTN customer care

I paid for airtime yesterday which was never recharged. I phoned MTN customer care 7 times for assistance! Not one person was able to get the airtime recharged and were all, except one person, extremely unhelpful. I am still without airtime and have still not been able to contact an MTN customer care person to recharge my airtime.
