Most Unhelpful Condescending and Rude Consultant ever!

<p>I went to MTN in Westgate Mall, on Sunday, 13/08/2017 to get a SIM SWAP from a Micro Sim to a Nano Sim, i was advised to go the the Consultant by the name of Rudeefah Arendse. I explained to her that I need a sim swop for a nano sim, she didnt acknowledge me or my request she just went to get a starter pack. I asked her if she needs my phone number to which she rep**** in a very rude manner" why would I need that" I explained to her that i need a nano sim for my new phone as i had a micro sim that isnt supported by the new device she then just went on again, not acknowledging me or my request. she asked for my ID and Proof Of Address which i Provided to her. Now I dont work for MTN i dont know the process or procedures and I dont understand your in house lingo. This woman spoke to my like i was stupid because I didnt know certain things. So as I was just standing there in silence, I said " Please let me know when you need my phone number, she then turned to me rolled her eyes at me and then said" its not like I can do this without it hey" ????? in the most condescending and rude way! I felt as if I was bothering this woman by needing assistance from her. She was so rude and unhelpful I left the MTN store thinking I should have just cut up this sim card and use TELKOM instead. My airtime and data dissapears daily and then im treated in the most rude and horrible way by an untidy consultant that looks as if she just woke up? no MTN you need to strongly reconsider the calibre of staff you hire. I would have expected older staff to be more helpful and have more patience but this was not the case at all. I am highly dissapointed and upset by this Consultant.</p>
