Most unhelpful and inattentive staff and service.

MTN in Rosehill Port Alfred is by far one of the most useless and unhelpful stores I’ve ever come across. I’ve been in there countless amounts of times and waited over 1 hour in a line where the one staff member attends to people and the other two claim their computers don’t work so they can’t help. If you call in store they tell you they can’t help you either because they have customers? Besides from the fact that MTN signal is a waste of money every month. This level of service is really NOT on. Especially in the Port Alfred branch in Rosehill.
