Most Terrible Service at MTN The Grove Mall

What a terrible shop to go to. The staff at this store is unfriendly, unhelpful and just don't care about anything!!! My phone was ****** today and I needed to replace my sim card, as this is a business phone. I waited for more than two hours in line without being helped. When I enquired why it was taking so long, the staff behind the counters said that the system was slow, giving me an attidue and laughing because I got agitated. What I don't understand is why can't they keep the customers informed and also, why don't they open one terminal just for quick service calls. The manager sits in the back, avoiding his customers. So many people walked out after a while...lost sales to Vodacom or another service provider. Never ever go there!!! This company does not have any desire to retain customers as they know, that people need contracts or a phone connection, so if one customer leaves, thy will just get another...unbelievable!!!
