From service delivery to product usage there is problems and bad services.

1. I expeienced cases where my airtime just dissapear, or I do have airtime but the airtime is unasable, i can't make calls or sms. worse case scenario, i tried to call the 173 customer care line to speak to an operator, i dailed itseveral times and still it did not give me an option to speak to an operator.

2. I bought airtime using my bank account and transfered via me2u, both receipients I send for never received the airtime but the airtime was deducted from my airtime.

3. I have 5260 loyalty points, I have been saving these point being under the impression that I can buy a phone with the point as I know with Vodacom they offer that services. Yesterday, I decided that after church i would go to MTN in Greenacres to buy the phone, but first let me call them and ask first, I called the Greenacres Shopping centre management to ask for the number for MTN, I called at 9:25 and just a while before that there was no answer, i tried several times no answer, I than called again at 12:00 after church still no answer. I decided to go to the store itself. I was suprise by the bad service I got, I asked them about the points,, they just said no they dont do that, its only Vodacom and they are not Vodacom. The lady told me than that the poinyts can only be used for Airtime and data. I told them that I wasted my money to come all the way, I called them several times there was no answer, She just said they are busy and they cant answer the phone, feeling so bad as there was other customers in the shop as well i just decided to leave.

What is most frustrating, knowing that i have been saving all these points and 5620 point can say how much airtime i have bought, only to get dissapointed.

Another thing i have noticed is that MTN *****s hardworking South Africans airtime, so that they can look good and give people free WOW bonus airtime and data. But in actual fact it is all our airtime that is dissapearing.

One thing I can say, i am planning to switch toback to Vodacom, because when i first used vodacom i never had any problems with their product nor experienced any bad service delivery.

Not so long ago i wrote an email to MTN customer care to complain anout my airtime since i could not get through to them via 173, I never received any feedback or responds. This alone shows me what they think about their customers.

I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with MTN, and would never suggest this product to any one in this world and will tell people about MTN and I will not stop here.
