Most Terrible Network

MTN AKA the Most Terrible Network.

I cancelled my contact with them for a lost device after they rejected my claim. They overcharged me on the cancellation fee. I've called them over 49 times in the last 4 months all in the attempts to get back R780.16.

The disregard for a client's concerns at this company is unrivalled. They put you on hold a million times, laugh with their colleagues in the background and drop calls randomly. They don't even have a way to communicate with their banking department; ever heard of email?

I have reported them for their actions which amount to *****. I would advise everyone to stay away fro me the Most Terrible Network.
