Most *********** service MTN Knysna

The worst experience ever! We have been trying to get a simple Home Internet package with router for nearly 2 weeks now, through the very *********** Knysna store.

We have been there 6 times now, paid cash and still we cannot connect to the internet; with no empathy, sympathy or support from the store. The activations department has confirmed something is wrong with the SIM card yet the store refuses to simply swap the SIM card for another one.

3 other MTN SIM cards work perfectly, it’s just the one we were sold that doesn’t work and no matter how many times we go to the store, we get kept waiting in store for hours on end.
