most poor service received

for the past 4 months i received the worst service ever from MTN April 2022 some1 called me to change my contract I said i do not want extra charges he promised NO EXTRA charges but to my suprise there was

I phoned and complaint they gave me ref num: *** saying I was misled and some1 will give me a call back for refund ref num: ***

till now no refund and still they are deducting the extra amount which was promised my contract will be normal

i emailed my statements to ***

i was promised a refund till now nothing

i want my refund within 48 hrs and my contract hanged before my next deduction date Avril Bindeman ***
