Most pathetic service of my life

Mtn is the worst company ever, there's no managers! No staff willing to help everyone works from home and do they own things instead of focusing on assisting customer. I have purchased a month to month package online with mtn worst decision ever... On the 9th of July I made payment yet on the 17th of July they have debited my account 16 times. 23 of July they have disconnected the service because they don't have payment yet they still have my money. It's the most frustrating service I have ever received n no1 calls u back at all. I would like the ceo to look into his branches and stores cause his just wasting is money paying people who does not want to work. Mtn needs to close down this is my first ever experience with them definitely my last, Telkom and Cellc calls customers back without excuses n they have managers that exist and calls back. I am currently on maternity leave n mtn drained my account now I'm sitting with unpaid charges n no wifi plus the whole process of dealing with mtn is even more draining than my new born baby. I'm sure someone can do they job right and get this sorted out. I will like to cancel everything n be refunded all my money so I can go with a different network provider as each time I phone mtn I have to pay for the call for no feedback. No1 knows anything. Each time u phone u have to tell your story all over again.
