Most Pathetic Service

I have dealt with MTN twice now and both times the service has been shocking.<br> <br> I cancelled my contract due to agreements on my contract not being met by MTN that was set by them and was still charged for 3 months after cancellation. It was difficult to get them to pay back the money debited. <br> <br> In January I started a new contract and immediately realised that they were still a pathetic service provider. I was given a new Sim card but the lady never did a SIM swop. Over the weekend we called for assistance and no one was able to help get my phone to work. The following month my phone started giving problems and I went back to the MTN in Sandton on Maude Street to have it looked at. Every time I take my phone in to be fixed they say that they are offline. Today when my man went to hand it in they were offline again. He was told to go to another MTN due to them watching a movie. They turn a client away because they were watching a MOVIE. I have no words to describe just how unpleasant it is dealing with a company that has no understanding of what client service is.<br> <br> My phone is still not fixed and is still in the box. It has still not been booked in by MTN. <br> <br> PATHETIC!!!!!<br>
