Most pathetic network EVER

If I could give you a rating less than 1 star it would be - 1000...your service is pathetic, your billings department is even worse. I have been battling with this company since May this year and they have still not responded to any call or email. I am being charged for something I did not sign up for and sent in my correct contract (which I had to get myself) and yet you still charging me the wrong amount and giving the incorrect data package. I want this contract canceled as you have violated the terms and conditions and I will not be paying for the service as it's against the verbal agreement and contract.

I will be taking this matter to the ombudsman!
