Most pathetic horrifying service ever!

I had the worst experience dealing with MTN over the last 3 weeks & after calling them over 17 times, to date I have not received my refund. Never in my life have I encountered such an horrific pathetic service ever, I am surprised how do they still have customers! I took up a home router with them & they have taken 2 payments totalling a sum of 1.6K, now I am struggling to get my refund & no one at MTN seems to care. Don’t do business with these guys, we need to shut them down & hold them accountable for them don’t care attitudes.
