most pathetic customer service from any company I've dealt with

MTN took money from me for 9 months and refused to fix my account after being a loyal customer for 7 years. I called customer service more than a reasonable amount of times and no assistance. when i finally decided to stop one months payment as it was less than the amount MTN took from me and they just cut off my line with no communication. now i have a upgrade and they never deducted the debit order agreed upon or loaded my monthly airtime and data. im fed up with MTN
