Most pathetic company in South Africa....MTN

MTN must certainly be the most pathetic company in South Africa!! I have for the last two days been trying to locate ANYBODY that can assist me with an online upgrade that I did on my account. All that happens is that you get transferred from one *********** person to the other, without anyone being able to assist. I must have spoken to at least 25 "consultants" and wasted more than an hour on the phone, but to no avail. Wonder if someone will be able to assist me if I stop my debit order?
