yesterday before closing myself and my girlfriend went to get a contract, the lady asked us what phone we would like and we said S7 (choosing almost the most expensive one).. she took ALLL our details and said she will let us know in the morning if we qualify or not.. this morning we got a message saying \congratulations your MTN application has been approved, please wait for a call from dealer.. T&C's apply\".. I then phoned in to ask if we can come through and sign all the necessary documents and the lady said yes.. after we filled in all the forms the lady said that unfortunately we dont qualify for the S6 and not even the S7 like we said on the application.. <br> <br> now im asking with tears in my baby blue eyes.. WHOOO is the one that approves these applications, and HOWWW is if possible to not be approved for a much cheaper phone than originally ?? <br> <br> This is not the first time that i experience a problem with MTN and im sure as hell extremely disappointed in such a well known company being so damn organised and unprofessional !!!"
