😡Most horrific, *********, dislocated company 😡

This has been the most,tough and horrific experience I had with this company due to their ********* conduct towards their clients,In 2018 I took a contract of a laptop,that I decided to return within my call out period,cancellation happens because the product received,did not meet my quality standards of which I was given 7 days call out period to return the item if am not happy about. So the return process began,I was instructed to return the item to one of their direct stores,which I located in Somerset West,they refused it due to the fact that they are unable to keep expensive item in the store,due to safely reasons,fair enough they called their office to make alternative plans for a successful return,so a courier was send to my work place to collect the item. I called them to make sure that they confirmed,if they received it,so I was told to give them some time,but once they receive them I will get a text,indeed I got it and a texted that confirms that my contract has been cancelled,I thought it was the end of it up until March 2019,when I got a call from HP attorney,asking to pay MTN so I told them I don't owe them a single dine,so they asked for proof then I sent it,I never heard from them. Another debt collectors called me,that's MBD asking to settle MTN account,the sad part is the handset that had all the evidence is ******,now they been harassing me with calls,text and email for an account that I closed long time ago,I threaten to file a law suit against them,HP attorney told me they no longer have my account as it was returned to MTN,MBD went silent on me,another debt collectors crept up SSD🤦,so I told them what is currently happening and they escalated advised to call me back,as I told them issue has been escalated. Am so sick and tired of MTN trying to milk money from people unfairly,they need to be placed on the ground,they should stop what they are doing,funny part that MTN promised to sort it out when I called them am still waiting for their call, honestly they don't know what's coming for them.
