Most helpful sales person ever

After having trouble with applying for a MTN contract due to the ridiculous fact that I don't have a substantial history of bank loans and credit cards, and after dealing with a few disinterested or unknowledgeable sales people in MTN stores and over the phone at MTN direct, I finally was lucky enough to get in contact with Joshua at MTN sales who actually understood that I am not a high risk client and took an interest in my case and is putting much effort in getting my application for a contract approved, despite the computer system trying to deny me. My contract is yet to be approved, but at least it is good to know that there are still some customer relation people in South Africa who actually care about the customer and dont just give up on a customer at the first sign of difficulty or if there is extra effort required.
