Most disgusting, unhelpful, greedy, *****ulent company with useless management!

This is the worst company if you want to stop debit orders. I tried to stop a debit order and cancelled my contract with them for internet usage. It was supposed to be a month to month. I couldn't get network with them and switched to another company where I am getting fibre and full use of internet services. I placed the mandatory 1 month's notice and asked for it to be cancelled. They said they cancelled it. However, they continued deducting the monthly subscriptions. I phone over a 100 times over the year and sent emails, but they are still deducting. Can someone please help me. If anyone at MTN are alive and interested in the clients, kindly contact me urgently as I want a full refund of the money you have deducted. I have proof of all the deductions and of all the communication with MTN. They like to ***** our money and not heed our calls for cancellation. This is very stressful and frustrating!
