MOST DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE

Gosh even typing this gives me some sort of anxiety, my hubby has been a MTN client for over 10 years he was due an upgrade so on Saturday we went t the Clear water branch as you may know everything takes forever with MTN to say the least we spent about 3 hours at the branch, we chose the phone which came with a R1500 voucher for accessories, because the system was taking forever we continued with our shopping at the mall and received a call 45 minutes later that we can come fetch our upgrade, this is where things got very under handed while picking the accessories the consultant then tells us oh its only limited to Samsung accessories my problem with this is that he did not disclose this information upfront I was obviously shocked by this and within those 3 hours of loitering in your absolutely disgusting store I had chosen which accessories I wanted, the consultant didnt give a damn it was just like oh it is what it is so we decided to leave the phone and even cancel the whole contract because of this and the manager SBONGILE LATHA was called and just didnt give a **** about what had happened so I asked her are you ok with what just happened we have spent 3 hours here just to leave with nothing and the response I got was a shrug of the shoulders.
