Most disgusting customer service ever

Honestly MTN has the worst customer care service ever. i have sent multiple queries over the past month and no one has assisted me. I would not recommend MTN to anyone. What do I need to do to get my service provider to give me attention that I need on one stupid query. Its sickening honestly. Its been about a month now and I don't even feel like I have been heard. I bet no one even knows what I need even after about 10 emails and almost 20 failed calls.
