Most disappointing service ever!!

If I could score MTN -50 I would. They are so quick to offer you a new deal, but when it comes to cancelling your contract it seems nearly impossible. I have sent an e-mail to the suggested e-mail address with no response. I have called the 135 number numerous times, just to hold on for 20min with no answer. My last resort, I phoned the MTN store at Cape Gate Shopping Centre which advised me that they can assist me in the store with the cancellation of my contract.

I went to the store only to find out that they can view my account, but not do the cancellation. I was told that the only way to do the cancellation was to phone the 135 number and speak to someone who will assist me - the very number I have been phoning with no answer!

I cannot express my disappointment enough - this is absolutely ridiculous. I will not advise anyone to ever take any contract out with MTN.
