MOST BIZARRE RESPONSE ON MY COMPLAINT FROM MTN

Alice Van Der Merwe responsed to my complaint which I logged on 11/09/2015 at 10.39.25. *** and REQ:***<br> <br> Alice kindly explain to me how I had credit due to MTN of R500.00 please give me the break down as my contract has now been fully paid up. If you look at my invoices from March 2015 - August 2015 you would see that MTN needs to credit me R810.00 for the over charge and R260.00 on the hardcore which I was charged for the two months after my contract ended in May. <br> <br> Therefore my refund should be R1,070.00 and not R215.79 which you stipulated on my complaint. <br> <br> I need a comprehensive breakdown of how in the world you concluded that my credit is R215.79 and how the other amounts which you included will be used against my account balance as there is no amount which I owe to MTN!!!!!
