More Trouble Needed
Mtn stands for More Trouble Needed. Why is it such a hassle to get good customer service. If we didnt pay for it it would not mater. At MTN i cant really complaint about customer service........because there is none. This morning I went to MTN Cradlestone. As always the couldn't help. After my daugter also spoke toe them،she told the consultant that this is a constant problem and after 4 years of struggle we'll move to Vodacom next year. She just said that's okay no problem. What happened to keeping clients and helping. I'm 84 years old. Is there just no compassion at all.?
