more than contracted
<p>I'm lost for words to describe my disappointment with this company I still have s pending complaint about paying for the phone that I am not using now I'm checking my statement I've been charged R450.00 for what I font know because I should have been debited R399, I would understand if I would have used my phone maybe I might have exceeded but now in this case it's just n object that I am not using and but I'm paying for it .Tomorrow I cancel this contract it's becoming headache now</p>

We have removed the 75MB Recurring Data Bundle and have logged a billing query for the invoices dated 2016-11-01 to 2017-01-01, reference number: ***.
