more than a year complaining about signal

For the last year i have complained and complained about down time is our town but nobody comes back to me,had days where we had no service, breakings, death and other crime due to MTN that does not want to fix there problems.My ticket # ********** 6 is started on 16 April 2018. that how long the do not care about there customers
