More than 2 weeks waiting for a cell phone

I opened a new contract more than 2 weeks ago and I still have not got delivery (it is supposed to be delivered within 5 -7 working days). The supervisor is constantly \not at his desk"and cannot help so I am forced to deal with middle-management who do not know how to assist me. Vodacom takes 48 hours to deliver. I only came to MTN because of the good deals"
