How can MTN (or anyone) send you a SMS to tell you that they are going to change your service (in this case moving to MTN Zone) and if you do not want to participate you must send them a SMS to say so!!!!!! Obviously if you don’t they will just do so. Meaning they have done so *******ly without your consent. (no response constitutes no interest)… AND if you do respond to stop the change, you are charged for the SMS! Therefore if their 280 million subscribers SMSed ‘NO’ they have just made over R100 million for nothing.
