More promises and less action

After signing up in September 2020 as a business partner, I am still waiting for services to be delivered. A lot of paperwork and credit vetting later and substantially more emailing, I have had it with this company. I am in the process of moving all my business (current and new) to the opposition as they are at least delivering on most of the promises the make. I dare you MTN, to contact me by phoning me, not sending automated emails on my queries. Until then, I'm off to Vodacom.
