More frustration dealing with MTN
People don't return my calls. And they can't resolve my login problems on their website. The irony is I'm trying to take out a new contract with them, and this is after having been a loyal customer for more than 20 years. I'm convinced however that if I were to try another servive provider, I'd find that they are all equally atrocious.
