More DOWN than up

Pathetic service, tower 2076 goes down at least twice a week. Currently been down for almost 24 hours. All you get is power issues every time. How many months does it take to sort this out. When you send a complaint you get an email a week later not addressing the complaint at all and just says speak to coverage team. I am gatvol.
