Months waiting for data SIM to be delivered!

I have signed up for a data SIM contract but it's been over a month struggling with getting it. It's always different stories each time. First courier messed up my address and I was assured it will arrive soon but till today nothing. I wanted to gift someone with that SIM card and pay for it. Mtn did not only mess up my gift but made me look like a **** too. I need this fixed ASAP. It's long overdue.
