Monthly statement
<p>I've never asked to be emailed my bill but for it to be posted. I'm not going to open or log into my account to check my bill. Can you not send it via email again. Please be advised that we have updated the delivery method from email to printer, the invoices/statements will be printed then sent to the billing address. The changes will be effective on the upcoming invoice date.
