MONTHLY DEDUCTION ON EXPIRED CONTRACT

I had a contract with MTN 22/09/2014 and which expired on the 22nd of September 2016. I called on the 21/08/2016 a month in advance to cancell the contract and i spoke to Zinhle and she gave me a refference number ********** 93 and told me that they will give me a call the following day which was a monday since i called on a sunday.

I did receive a call on that monday in the morning on the 22nd of August 2016 and the refference number was ********** 26 which i was given by Bongani from MTN. They promsed me that the contract will be cancelled.

On the 17/10/2016 i notice that the contract has not been cancelled and I called MTN and spoke to Lindi and she gave me another refference no: ********** 35 and promised me that the contract will be cancelled immediatly and that they will deduct only half of the money (R266..99)than what they used to deduct every month (R461.00 ) on the 1/11/2016. But then I've notice that they are continuing deducting the R266.99 for the past 2 months (1/12/2016 and 01/01/2017) and i dont understand why.

I would really apprecaite it if they can refund me that money that they've been deducting for the past two months.

Your quick responce will be highlly appreciated,

Regards

Sboniso Mkhabela
